Willow’s Wish brings people together by helping create inclusive environments in public and private spaces.

We are on a mission to make community spaces more accessible, welcoming, and inclusive for people of all abilities. We believe every person should be able to participate fully, without barriers or stigma, in the places where families gather, children play, and communities come together. Our work began with Willow, but it reaches every family who has ever had to leave early, stay home, or wonder whether a space was built with their loved one in mind.

Meet Willow

The Heart of Our Mission

Willow Dail is a bright, joyful little girl born with a rare genetic condition. Early on, her parents Mark and Erika discovered how everyday outings can become daunting when the world isn’t built for children like Willow. From parks without adaptive swings to restrooms without inclusive changing tables, they faced challenges that most families never have to consider. Instead of feeling defeated, Willow’s family turned their experience into hope – and Willow’s Wish Foundation was born.

Dignified Changing Spaces

We help support safer, more inclusive changing spaces so caregivers have a clean, private, and respectful place to care for loved ones of all ages.

Inclusive Play

We support adaptive play improvements that allow more children to enjoy parks and playgrounds beside their siblings, friends, and neighbors.

Family-Centered Accessibility

We listen to families, caregivers, and communities to understand where simple, useful changes can make public and private spaces more welcoming.

Partners in Building Willow’s Legacy

Families will continue using these improvements long after the work is finished.
